Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
1. Shipping & Processing
-Processing Time: All items are "printed on request." Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and printed before shipping.
-Shipping Times: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International shipping times vary by location.
-Tracking: A tracking number will be updated to your order as soon as the package leaves the production facility.
2. Returns & Exchanges

-Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you at the time of order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
-Change of mind / Buyer's remorse.
-Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our Size Chart before purchasing).
-Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

-If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item due to a system error on our end:
-Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
-Provide a clear photo of the issue.
-We will send a free replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged item.
4. Cancellations
-Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order is sent to our production partner (Printify), the system cannot be stopped and the order is final.
